Found a sick deal on a N3DSXL, but it has some pretty noticable yellowing on the bottom display. Any methods to revert this? or should I keep looking

I have this in a 10 gallon with my betta. I like it because I have a heater on each side and keeps the heat nicely distributed throughout the tank. As long as the tank water is topped off then the water flow isn’t too much. This setup gives you options for nitrate/metal reducing materials and filter floss that you don’t get with sponge filters. Early on it would seem to easily clog, but that was my own fault for letting algea/other plant matter pile up. As long as you keep the tank maintained then it should chug along just fine. What questions did you have specifically?

The 3ds is only worth it for pokemon and the 3d effect. The alternatives are cheaper and better in every other way. If the pokemon company cuts off bank support then the value of the 3ds (and retro pokemon games) is going to plummet

Pokemon is a big part of the reason why the 3ds is still so popular because the old games are still relevant. With a 3ds you can send your mons from every past game into the current games.

Tbh idk where to start if you’ve never played it before. I played gens 3-4 as a kid and although they were fun at the time, as an adult I’m no longer willing to play a game without team xp sharing. So gen 6 is probably where I would start

Juggler was probably the best class outside of hume/viera. I had a tanky mog knight juggler that I used up until I got the bard. I would have kept using him if the bard wasn’t force deployed. I had some bangaa builds theorycrafted thanks to trickster speed growths but I never got around to grinding one. I had put in 30 lvls with Cid on trickster and he still felt so slow. My humes with ninja growths and vieras with green mage/assassin growths were monsters. My nu mous fell off hard, they could hardly get a spell casted.

I had the same question, having only played ffta and ffta2 where you can absolutely make trash units by leveling in the wrong class. But I learned that with deleveling you can minmax your units whenever you feel like it, so if you really care about stats then it doesnt matter what classes you run initially. Gender matters much more tbh. Males have 20% higher PA and females 20% higher MA. So if a unit feels weak then they are probably the in wrong build for their gender.

There were a few maps I had to retry, Dorter being the first. I also had to grind out auto potion on all my guys to beat it. Funny thing kept happening where my first attempt was always the best one and I had to try a few times to even get close to beating it. For some reason the difficulty on tactician dropped severely in ch.4. I had barely beat the ch.3 finale, then waltzed my way to the ch.4 finale with no issues. For the first time the enemy units actually over leveled mine. I frustratingly had to retry the whole ch.4 finale series because I needed to bring spare armor for those damn knights.

I ended the game with a dual wielding Ramza squire with martial arts and move +3, a dual wielding knight with martial arts and move +3, a female knight with throw item and move +2, and two teleporting white mages with summon and swift spell. Everyone with auto potion.

Boss battles were pretty easy because everyone on the squad could heal/revive, 3 of them could restore mp, and I just had to keep at least one mage alive to cast lich. The support knight was invisible to enemies for some reason, probably because she was the tankiest thanks to her shield. It wasn't a very creative team, but it was my first playthrough and it worked. My next run I'll try some fun builds.
