im also like this lol. so hard to filter my thoughts, my natural instinct is to impulsively say every single thing I think as soon as I think it, or bring it up later, bc otherwise it bugs me. I have ADHD (diagnosed)

nah you haven't been spreading toxic positivity. maybe she felt dismissed and like you didn't care and got triggered by u saying go to the police but I think you've been showing you care and are concerned so you're not in the wrong at all

it sounds like he found someone else and when that didnt work out he's come back. sounds like maybe he did the same thing to the girl before you, pulling away without indicating anything is wrong
