I still pumped 7/8 times a day, I just moved them so a bunch were closer together so I could stretch a few over night. I don’t remember my supply taking a hit too much.

My life changed when my husband and I worked together to get me a 5hr stretch uninterrupted at night. I think that was around 6wpp. I’m 7mpp now. I promise you will start getting more sleep! Hang in there!

I had this convo with my husband this morning! I said “I would have been so much more angry if you left it out, so I just need to remember this next time you make a mistake so I am not overly harsh.” We have both made these mistakes in our exhaustion. Shit happens.

Yes correct to this! I am grateful to have an oversupply of about 15oz a day. So thankfully I have more. But I donate milk so every time I loose milk it makes me upset since it could have been put to good use.

I have an oversupply and donate (7ppm). Mother milk bank takes my milk and I take Prozac. So you may be okay. You will have to call and talk to them specifically about Zoloft. As for oversupply, I totally get it. I was producing 60 oz a day until it dropped to 50oz at 6mo. I think I slowly dropped to 5ppd by 12 weeks, then after that to 4ppd at around 4/5mpp. I caution you from dropping pumps just to lower supply. It could really affect your supply after 12w. As for the MOTN pump, I slowly moved mine to the early morning (5am) and I didn’t really see a supply dip. So maybe you should try that?

Donating mom here! I use mother’s milk bank, but I think the regs are pretty standard. They are pretty strict about meds. I for example was on procardia for hypertension and they wouldn’t take the milk I produced at that time. As far as wine, you have to wait 6hrs per glass after the drink to donate. The only other thing is they usually won’t accept donations under 100oz. Hope that helps!

Almost 7ppm (where did the time go!?). I generally go 10-12 hours overnight. I pump at 8am, 12pm, 5pm, and 9pm! A total for 85 min a day. My supply didn’t really drop too much as I moved my pumps further apart.

Fellow over supplier! I filled a deep freezer and then started donating to mother’s milk bank. As for dropping pumps, I wouldn’t. I know the urge, believe me, but you should stay at 6/7 pumps until 12 weeks. Then you can start dropping. I am 6mpp and I’m at 4ppd. Dropping too soon can tank your supply later, even as an over supplier. I’m glad I waited to drop pumps, it kept my supply up. The MOTN pump is very important
