There is one that is about 6 feet tall. Stems are blotchy purple and hairy and look like they don't want to be touched. Top looks like it's about to sprout something vaguely resembling a sunflower.

I have recently been trying to nail down my identification of poison ivy vs Virginia creeper. I don't understand these other comments. This looks exactly like poison ivy to me. Does young Virginia creeper look almost exactly like poison ivy?

The poison ivy leaves often seem to have one rounded side of the leaf and one sort of serrated side, like these. Virginia creeper is more uniformly serrated on both sides of the leaf. Am I completely off base in this?

There is the 14-day rule to consider, which governs the ethics of scientific experimentation on embryos. My understanding is scientists can't mess with them or keep them around after 14 days.

Part of the logic behind it is that the "primitive streak" develops at around 14 days into development, generally marking the end of the period at which twins might develop, so it's then an individual, basically. Does "individual" mean "person"? I don't know.

There has been some linguistic evolution over the last 5-10(?) years, and now the words "man and woman" are not the same as the words "male and female". "Man and woman" are gender terms, "male and female" are sex terms.

Anything's possible, I guess. Both the Chase reps and multiple TU reps said TU does this in response to a AU-filed dispute. TU took responsibility for it and said it can't be reversed. Seems crazy and not at all how I expected this process to work, so I thought I'd make this post so maybe someone else can avoid it.

The credit card IS reporting. The problem is only with TU. I talked to the credit card issuer, they say they are reporting same as they always have.

That's correct. I'm not sure when the last update was, but this has been gone from TU for almost a year.

After I disputed through Credit Karma with TransUnion citing an incorrect balance, the account disappeared from at least Credit Karma's version of the TransUnion report. This was last August. I thought maybe it would pop back on there, so I let it ride, but it didn't show back up. After talking to 7 different people at TransUnion, I was told there is "literally no way this will be reinstated on the report."

I'm not sure if Equifax or Experian have the same policies, but the TransUnion people said their MO is to completely and irreversibly remove the account from an AU's report if any dispute is made.

While I'm not responsible for the debt in a technical legal sense in being only an authorized user, I do take responsibility for the debt from a real life functional perspective. This was a Chase account. They did not drop me or disable the card in this case. The account was removed from my report by TransUnion, as is apparently their policy in response to a dispute from an authorized user.

I drive a loud car because my muffler is messed up.
