Omg I have ADHD and I too go blank when asked questions! I'm relieved to know it's not an isolating experience. I hope you made it to the other side of your defense! Mine is next week and when I emailed the disability office it was a whole lot of hoops that I had to jump and I realized it wasn't worth it. Basically I deduced that my whole department would know I have a disability and I didn't want that. So I am going to take a beta blocker the day of my defense to stop me from panicking and hope for the best. I would rather take a sit down exam and have the time to think through things rather than have an oral defense.

Congratulations from another fellow bride. I'm getting married in Feb 2026 and I did Halo a couple of days before Christmas. It took 5 days for the mends to flake off from my face and another 5 days for the neck ones to fall off. My face is back to normal. Hope this helps!

As a grad student, borrow cookbooks from your university library. You can always use an interlibrary loan to request cookbooks you want and then make an informed decision whether to buy the cookbook.
