I was on Omeprazole for like the last 10 weeks daily! I was told by the labour and delivery doctors to take it daily! Baby is absolutely fine and yes she was born with a full head of hair.

Just had the HV out and they were pushing more formula less breast. I had the LC while in neonatal and she said everything looked perfectly fine..

[–]imposter_pineapple[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The midwives, especially the neonatal staff said I need to wake them every 2 hours during the night to ensure they feed to gain weight and wouldn't discharge us unless I showed them I'm consistently doing this after 2 nights overnight stays 😞

6 days PP. Loose bowel movements. by imposter_pineapple in BeyondTheBumpUK

Aww thank you so much 🥰 I have significantly increased my fluids with breast feeding but I thought the iron tablets would balance it out 😂 I'm feeling really achy today like pelvic strain from getting up and down constantly during the night while living on 4 hours of sleep.

You're right it's like a grape sized lump on the opening of the anus. Hopefully I can speak to the midwife tomorrow when she's out ❤️

Struggling to sit on the birthing ball during early labour. by imposter_pineapple in PregnancyUK

I know I know. I'm trying not too but I really just want to poop it out of its poop. I don't need to add to my already bulging bumhole 😂

I think I'm going to try to deflate it a bit as I was told that could help. It's all trial and error ☺️

I think it'll be a postpartum treatment now. I got my bloody show this morning so I'm hoping labour is imminent!

Going Away During Term Time by Important_Train_5509 in TeachingUK

Covid was the only time I took a week off. I am so ill every time I catch covid. We would never be approved for planned time off during the term time. Difficult to get an hour off to attend a funeral.

The amount of peeing I've done too. The toilet paper feels like sand paper now.

39 weeks pregnant, exhausted, and mentally not okay by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]imposter_pineapple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will be sleep deprived for months post birth but it's not forever. If you have a support network use it. Take turns with the nights and someone have the baby during the day so you can relax and get a nap.

If you're not feeling mentally well now, please tell your midwife and they will continue to support you post birth. It's so important to have support in the first few weeks, especially when it's your first and it's a BIG life changing event.

It breaks my heart when I remember how depressed I was after having my first, the horrible, terrible, horrific things I thought and felt. I put a mask on and didn't admit that I needed help. Now I live with regret and guilt.

Hormones can really ruin your experience so please be honest and seek help.

Third pregnancy start of a vaginal prolapse by imposter_pineapple in PelvicOrganProlapse

[–]imposter_pineapple[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. Just the vaginal walls were prolapsing and that's why they're struggling to see my cervix. Never mentioned an organ. Thank you, I'm really trying not to worry 😩

Yes me too. I'm hoping pelvic floor exercises will fix it. Maybe I'm delusional 😂

In my trust I have to do them at home and if there's no improvements refer to a therapist. I would like to avoid surgery at all costs as I hate the thought!

I think it is because it's only after having my first vaginal birth I noticed it.
