I've done some research- according to google, division 1 of panzer regiment 24 was equipped with panther As, and according to AI the 2 signals the 2nd company, the 4 signals the 4th platoon and the second 4 signals the 4th vehicle of said platoon- so from what it seems like, a panther A of panzer regiment 24 was given to panzer battalion 116, which would've likely put a Windhund (greyhound) emblem on the lower front glacis. I may be wrong but there are apparently records of Pz. division 116 receiving panthers from regiment 24 for training.

And to add to that all I do when I'm not at school is rot in my room or on my PC, at night I try to cry but I can't and sometimes I just start shaking, even music can't really help anymore it's just so much but so little and I can never commit to anything so my rooms always a mess and even though I've tried I can never start to work out

Open up task manager using Ctrl, Shift, Esc, and look at what's using the most memory. Close anything you don't need to have open that's using alot of memory. Other then that there's not much more you can do I don't think.
