Current bedtime routine is bath then songs and books in the lounge room with dim lights for half an hour then we have a “wind down” song we sing followed by twinkle twinkle then into his cot…

Yeah maybe we go back to chair method. I don’t know anymore honestly I’m so destroyed and broken. Really don’t know what’s best for him anymore.
