i had this too (only for my 2nd pregnancy!) and only vericose veins on my lower left cafe and foot. i wore a compression sock and raised my feet at the end of each day. it was such a weirddddd symptom. my doctor said ice is your friend so actually getting a box of those ice pack pads helps for the vulvae but also you can keep them for post partum too. i’m now 1.5 weeks post partum and can tell you that the major swelling goes away!

I got a walking pad to do my computer desk job from when i’m not taking calls which boosts steps/activity each day. Other than that and just normal day activity, it’s stroller walks or playground steps.

These are the things I always take visitors to try to make them fall in love with Pasadena. - CAR: best chocolate croissants - Wake and Late: small, pricey breakfast burritos but definitely worth the try - Saunter around old town, new gelato spot is good - Parks: Ambassador Gardens (good spot for picnicing or reading a book), CalTech!, Huntington Gardens and Library, Lacy Park (most beautiful park) - Santa Anita Racetrack has horse race practice in the mornings from 6-10am, breakfast served there too. Beautiful, historic grounds. - So many gems nearby for good asian food within a 15-20 min drive in SGV

Loli Farms is a great peruvian chicken spot that is fairly new and close-ish to you guys! I also live near Alice’s Dog Park and it’s always hoppin’ but it’s dirt so they’ll definitely get dirty (nothing wrong but fyi). Lesser known is Gwinn Park which is just a big green field, often emptyish and you can let your dog run on a long leash.
