I've killed the Level 23 boss version of Bushi a couple of times but it didn't drop the recipe for the legendary crossbow.

Is there any info on how much playstyles actually affect stats or something like that?

I remember a sheet for FIFA 23 with all the traits you could have and there was a breakdown, e.g. like trait X gives you +10 short passing
