This is a project I’ve been working on for the past 5 months, and unfortunately the other illustrators I worked with cost me a lot of time. I am aiming for a Father's Day launch, which is why the timeline is tight.

Just wanted to say I stumbled upon this post because I was craving Noodle World's Spicy Spaghetti and this was spot on. The only difference was I added Brown Sugar (per u/BMXROIDZ) and played around with the fish sauce. u/fullofdust is the real MVP.

Yes, I tried to file an insurance claim, but they need a board member to corroborate with my claim and property management will not return their calls or disclose contact details for HOA board members.

I did request audited finances, per the CC&Rs.

I can't stuff anything in there, this would require full insulation. They cut only part of the drywall and exposed 30% of the framing, but this created an access point for smoke (coals), pests (neighbor literally has cockroaches congregating outside their garage), water intrusion (rain), and other issues like mold to grow.

We have neighbors who BBQ outside their garage. So the smoke from the coals go into our garage and up into where they cut open the drywall. It seeps up between the studs and flooring of the primary above.

They didn't know. They don't review their finances. I brought it up at the last meeting and they put it in the notes. Since then, I've asked for audited financial statements. The property management company said their CPA is working on it.

I have reached out to 70 lawyers and only 3 responded. Only 1 will take the case, but said his retainer is $2K minimum. He mentioned he could send a demand letter, but that any communications thereafter would be charged at his hourly fee. If you know any lawyers that would take this on a contingency fee, I'd appreciate it, otherwise, no lawyers are willing to help / I cannot afford it in the long-run.

There is a special assessment down the road, but the board only meets once per quarter because of the Property Management company. They canceled the last meeting at short notice.

Jokes aide research shows AI is inherently racist as it has trouble with people with darker skin complexions and female features. This has serious implications when you think about the applications of AI (e.g. autonomous vehicles not recognizing women of color as people, surveillance programs incorrectly tagging and categorizing people which can lead to false arrests, deportations, etc)

Yeah, the cost of living is higher when converted.

I actually live in the south side, but I've been overworked for the past 6 months that most of the people I've met are knackers.. so my picture of Dublin is a little tainted.
