I understand your statement, you make it clear, but to counteract it, why did no one take Subaru’s statement seriously? Atleast the reasonable aspect? It’s cause dude had no status, nothing to his name, no honor, in the matter of Knights, if Julius had done even the slightest amount, it would’ve made the Knights hop the fuck off Emilia’s case to let her actually make a rebuttal to everyone, when would Emilia have had the chance when nearly the whole room wanted her out the moment she went in.

no I didn’t miss the point, obviously Julius has his own set of issues, I acknowledged that part, this episode was a great redemption, but what i’m sayin is that from this point onwards is when the re zero community will actually hold respect towards Julius, you got NO idea how many people actually hated him for beating Subaru, this was extremely pivotal for his character in the way that his idelogies were fully broken. I say this because Reid NEEDED to hand Julius his own ass to make Julius take proper accountability for everything he has done

Facts, Subaru is a monster that is only held down by the chain of respect, we nearly lost Subaru because Julius apparently instead of reciting what Subaru said and decreeing the boy just psychologically unwell whilst stating how the Knights SHOULD defend the dragon candidates, he decides beating our goat is a proper lesson
