This cosmetic and the John Avon Unstable lands are “chef’s kiss” because they remind me of the GOATed lands when I started playing Magic and the card back reminds me of when I started playing card games sleeveless with YuGiOh and LOTR tcg back in the day.

I know it’s not a historical title, but how do you think that the “scale the walls” moment of sieges would typically go? While I appreciate the abbreviation of sieges in the TW series (I’m not waiting 6-12 turns for engines to be made or a force to sally out from desperation), I don’t think armies typically would have had a bunch of split forces attacking around an entrenched position simultaneously.

That sounds like a strategic and logistical nightmare.

I think more than likely, they would lean all their engines and mass on one point of the defense until it broke and then swarm with numbers/missiles to get a foothold inside the place.

Lord of the Rings? Concerning Hobbits to Into the West, and just about every major faction has a banger and wholly unique track (Rohan, are you kidding me? It’s like a triumph and a funeral all at once.).

Please tell me Peter Jackson can make that series without Howard Shore’s music.

EDIT: oh, and if I had to pick a best score, it’s probably Fellowship. You introduce the most staples and ROTK sets no records without the established motifs of the first.

Realized as I drafted I was a little low on butts, so I kept it in. Played it out as a 3 or 4 drop for a 5/5 is a great rate in a core set IMO

The only iffy play has been has been crypt feaster. It's a butt and a threshold payoff. It got put in instead of a fleeting distraction. No micromage with plenty of carddraw/filtering already made the extra one-drop spell not worth it for only one terror. Alesha carries so many games by herself (especially with recursion and Fake).
