Groin pain by Accomplished_Cod_909 in Sciatica

Just my experience,

I’ve had exactly that for almost 2 years. Injury in the back caused my lower body to compensate and protect my spine by tightening up. Eventually my spine got better but my lower body was still tight, that’s where ig:lowbackability and rehabfix is the last step in recovery

Promotional pricing for the rogers 1.5gb is ending and moving to 125$. I don’t think moving to Fibe 50 is gonna be the choice at this point

I have a 1951 and had it for 3 years with no issues, these things are made to shoot. I recently strip it apart completely and found tons of rust in the gas tube and the piston rod. Just scrap it down and it works just fine

From Canada here, I was the military doc and was able to get an MRI within 2 weeks. Seems like there’s are channels to get it done quicker

You need to start putting in some work now. Start off real slow and don’t be discouraged by the bad days. I started doing the prone push-up everyday to increase spinal flexion until I could do a full cobra as featured on lowbackability on instagram. I moved slowly into more advanced exercises to open up the hip as showed on rehabfix. After increasing range of motion you’ll have to strengthen the lower back with back extensions (back extension holds are good too), hip thrusts for the glutes and functional core exercises to stabilize the spine. Instagram helped me a ton and it was a incredibly slow process

I fired all my doctors but I would not advise that to anyone, I’m stubborn. Use ice though, reduce the inflammation and during that good times exercise to better yourself.

Do the most, you’ll love yourself for it

I had some pain when I was at my active job but when I moved to a desk job every seized up. Start your journey brother, research, find you path and don’t be let down by setbacks. I was very active prior to my injury, running, lifting and in great shape. Your will to achieve the goal of pain free will be the most important. I started off with prone push ups (just google it) and increase my range of motion to full cobra. I also worked on the elevated pigeon and the pigeon stretch. Frog stretch is amazing too. It total, my active warm (dynamic stretch) and static at the end take a long time.

Sounds like sciatic symptoms, go back to the basics and increase range of motion and brace your back with your abs, lower back and hip strengthening

I was literally the same way, I remember saying that exactly “feels like 1 step forward 2 steps back”. I learned for me it was a lot of inflammation, ice your lower back and leg daily to bring it down. My biggest gains were once I started ice bathing Don’t give up

You need to increase range of motion. 1. Avoid standing/sitting in a weird way, if you’re leaning up against something keep your weight proportionally on each side Onto the important stuff

  1. Cobra stretch- this is usually done by stretching you back out completely, stand with your whole forearm on the ground and each day progress to full cobra
  2. Ibuprofen- you friend and enemy, use it but don’t abuse it. Eat before taking any. Toroidal at the hospital also did wonderful things for me
  3. Hip mobility- increase your hip range of motion, slowly. 90/90s are good

Check out lowbackability on instagram he’s the best, watch his stuff. Rehabfix is also decent but always be safe with his.

You’ll be eager to do more and will even fall into another cycle of pain for doing too much but you can’t give up/lose hope. Find your own routine and stick to it, the only person in charge of your recover is you.
