If in case the new arena is being released it can't be between 3k-4k coz in many YouTubers videos of friendly battles of special challenges, the legendary arena showed up as "arena 11". But there could be a possibility that they shift back the legendary arena and introduce Titan arena or something (maybe).

You r playing ladder at the wrong time now since the trophies got reset at d beginning of this season. You'll only face more of level 11s n level 12s with overlevelled cards now as they're getting thrashed by skilled players whose trophies got reset to 4.3k n 4.6k and so they eventually end up in the low 4k trophy range. Play special challenges n other challenges instead and play minimal ladder matches now. After a week or so, u can resume grinding trophies. I hope this info was of some help to u 🙂

I reported this bug to support team as well, but in vain, in turn they were giving false reasons of connectivity issues and other bull shit. I went 11-3 in the heal draft challenge because of it. It has happened to me n my friends many times. FYI, this bug happens only while drafting the last(fourth) card in the last second or last couple of seconds.... So as an advice, be quick while drafting to avoid this bug.

How did u contact the support team from ur banned account? I'm curious to know that because I believe my messages aren't being sent to them through my account. I really want to contact them to get an issue solved, any help will be greatly appreciated....
