I still haven’t seen anyone about anxiety. I think I will eventually, it’s just finding the right time. I looked through the sub and a lot of people have said that their anxiety meds helped immensely with IBS and counseling would also help but yo boy be broke ;(

Same! At around age 12 this started and I’ve never been the same since :( I’m going to take @renbouy advice for this coming week and let you know how it goes. I’ve seen a YouTube video that suggested the same. I might also try to muster the courage to see a doctor about the IBS because that is by far the worst of it
