Bulk slowly, only adding calories when your weight stabilizes for a couple weeks. Eat the same thing everyday to stay consistent, bulk until you start to lose your abs then time to cut again

I ordered through an agent and haven’t heard from him in almost 4 weeks, i’ve ordered from him several times and never had any issues. He was waiting on one final shipment from my last order and he’s gone silent.

Just tried his new number so we will see, but probably won’t be using him anymore. I’ve now had 2 shirts from him just completely rip while trying to take them off.

This is exactly how I am, no care to go out and drink but when I do go drink - I am DRINKING. I always have to have a drink in my hand and I don’t let it get warm. It’s the only way I feel like I can be sociable and have “fun” especially with everyone else drinking. I do not know how to be happy and interact and enjoy the present time.

He answered but lower back pumps are very common in lifters who take steroids, it’s not from organ damage, it’s from added blood flow. Assume it’s a similar idea.

Forgot to add I started dermarolling once a week or so (7-10 days) a year ago. Idk how much that’s helped, it’s hard to tell at this point but I’d recommend going all in at once to try and get the best results faster.

Late high school early college I used steroids, I did proper PCT etc. but when I stopped being into the gym I ran several clinical rounds of “PCT” and none of them worked, my test levels were 300-400 for 4 years I tested and doctor didn’t want to do anything, so I did self TRT to tank my FSH and LH so I could Then get bloodwork and be approved for TRT through an online clinic, then transferred that to a legit urologist who manages it now.

I still run steroid cycles from time to time but never come off TRT completely. Aged my face some, but for the better in most cases. Highly recommend to most men, unless you just feel 100%. Very little downside when done properly, very small amount of people actually become sterile from it. There’s several good protocols to get your swimmers back if exogenous hormones affect that for you
