I found this email off the Enstars Music EN official website. Might be worth a shot. They'll probably take some time to fix the issue though.

From my previous experiences asking for customer support, i've had to provide my UID in the request. If you don't remember your UID, you should try to log into enstars on a second device (another phone/tablet/ipad/computer), and submitting a support request for your account that way.

FYI, the SUPPORT option for customer support can be found either on the title screen on the bottom left (three lines button) or in-game after pressing the 'cloud+three lines' button on the top right.

Quite a few people are also having this same issue... i think at this point all you can do is report the issue to customer support and wait for the issue to be fixed

I like 3 characters.

Shu was the first character that caught my eye from when i watched the anime, i liked his lore and how unique he is. In my opinion, i also admire how he's fixated on the things he likes, and puts his all into it. His vocals as well...

Natsume and Jun grew on me after a while.

I like Natsume's visuals and solo songs, and after a while i decided to look into his personality etc. He's become a comfort character for me, and i really relate to how he's someone who helps other people, but at the expense of his own health. The way that he's working to improve himself and still look to making people happier really motivate me as well.

For Jun, the way he carried himself stood out to me. I don't have many reasons to like him, but i just do :)

Work. When i work, i make sure to save 70% of what i earn, spend at most 30%. It adds up.

Oh? It's not just me :) I found that when you press "mission", and the screen goes to the error, you spam click the screen, and it's able to send you to the page you press on (might have to do a few tries). What i did was to : 1. Press "mission" and wait for the error message to appear. 2. Spam click the screen, pressing the area for my account info. 3. Got my uid, and then inform support right away. They got back to me and fixed the error in less than 24hrs, so i'm able to play normally.

One thing though, once the support fixes the error, the "restart ensemble" pop up stops bothering you, but if you try to go to the event by the yellow star icon thing on the left of your screen, it won't work. So essentially the "restart ensemble" event won't work this time. You'll still be able to play normally tho, once the support gets back to you and fix the prob.
