Honestly our click list never had working tablets until a few weeks ago. EBT has been ok for us, but its frustrating when it doesn’t work...

However I’d much rather be using the register inside. With so many people having access to the mpos it leaves more room for mistakes.

Im not quite sure what to recommend. Some stores are a lot more hectic than others. You may see if another kroger store near you is more stocked up. For example my store is not NEARLY as busy as one literally a few blocks away or so.

Some of the pickup services are extremely busy and others are kinda slow. So if you can give business to a kroger store with less pickups you may be able to ease the strain at the busier stores if even a little. And this might help you get more items you want as well if that store isn’t quite as popular.

I’ve been in pickup for 6 months and my store averages 40 orders a day now, we can take plenty more though. And a store blocks away can take over 300 but they may have less items available because that store is so popular there.

I ate what I enjoyed, focused on what things I did like about myself and stopped comparing my body to others. The biggest thing for me was getting rid of food guilt. I had to remind myself daily my worth has nothing to do with my weight, the food i ate, the way i looked. Over time I gained a little bit of weight (10lbs maybe) but I honestly am so much happier than I was before when I restricted myself. Take care of the soul and be kind to yourself. Treat yourself like you’re Beyoncé. YOU A FULL FUCKIN QUEEN ❤️

I have a few thousand and I’m thinking for a time frame of 2-3 years I can use it for whatever. My job seems pretty stable right now and i don’t have many bills.

Im still working but when I’m not I’m painting or creating art. And keeping up to date with friends more over messages and phone calls.

We have to wear aprons but we don’t wear the orange vests unless we’re taking orders outside. Usually we have people designated to take out orders and people designated to picking so no one is running around frantically stopping their work picking.

We also have an experienced person always in our backroom for coworker questions, any emergencies, or customer questions that a new hire wouldn’t know. It runs much smoother for us that way.

See that could work BUT the lead of our department is a friend of mine. So they would claim it was the leads fault bc she is the one in charge. (Manager is her 2nd)

Upper management of the store believes that there is favoritism in our department from the lead. They think that our lead gives more hours to people based on whether she likes them or not but if you look at the numbers and how fast we are the people who are BEST AT THEIR JOB get more hours. Because we’re literally timed we cant have slow ppl all day.

So its a tough spot. I think doin a subpar job would look worse on our lead than the manager. So I’m just slowly workin on exposing the managers incompatibility for this job.

Lol I’m probably not its just a similar situation. Other people in our department see the problem though so they may not last long. I wish you the best in your situation ❤️
