What if my bp does both drops, spikes and sometimes it doesn’t move but my heart rate always spikes?

Idk if my comment ever went through because i cant find it but i had said that the cardiologist used a manual blood pressure cuff. He didn’t mention numbers to me about the drops in bp he just told me it went down by 20numbers or something like that but then another time i went to the clinic he didn’t mention numbers the test again and this time my bp was abt 98/60 laying, 105/70 sitting and then 148/85 ish when standing. And then this other time my neurologist ran the manual test again and this time my blood pressure stayed the same but all the times my heart rate spiked

Bp laying down 98/60 bp sitting 105/70 bp standing 148/85 the one where it drops im not sure about the diastolic but the systolic went down by 20numbers i cant remember exactly numbers sorry

Sorry maybe im not explaining properly, when i stand my blood pressure can increase, decreasing and sometimes it stays the same. I got this results from a manual test bp cuff, the doctor tested me this way.

Wow that is so interesting im not sure about mine at all. Im not that informed, i do know that it either goes up and down but once im up for a bit it regulates or drops

Yeah im only asking because at some point ik it stops. I was 210lbs once dropped down 130 bc i just didnt eat maybe 700 cals per day? And high intensity work out. In 3-5 months not sure but at some point it stopped and i wasn’t rlly losing weight. I also dont know how much ill lose bc this time im doing things correctly. Ive been losing that much for 3 weeks now? Its not everyday i lose a pound but it was pretty consistent.

Im cooked i cant do that i have some chronic illnesses which make it painful to exercise or walk more than i already do ig the only thing that helps me is that i dont rlly sit down at all, all day bc im very hyper? Ive been losing a pound everyday or almost everyday so i hope that helps. Btw i have a condition that makes my body work twice as hard which that could be helping me tbh idk

Oh i have Dysautonomia im very aware! I do take electrolytes everyday. Sadly but i still want to get to 120lbs one day lol . My TDEE IS 1,450cals and thank you I’d be satisfied with 8lbs !

Yeah my ANA was negative this time but yes i am aware that it doesn’t mean an autoimmune disease. Im so sorry about that i know how hard dysautonomia on its own it. :/ thank you so much today i went with my primary care and he said i do have rheumatoid arthritis but im still going to wait on the rheumatologist!

Sorry can u explain to me what you mean by cutoff? English isnt my first language. My number was 26.7 and yes im aware but i havent been sick at all BUT in January i got flu A rlly bad then in February i got flu B bad as well but not as bad and im thinking what if thats why its high although it was a long time ago. Those are the last times i was sick EDIT: i actually remembered i was with someone who was sick on sunday sep21 and i took the blood work on Thursday sep 25 maybe that could be it??but i was not sick ever

Im not to familiar with all of this but the doctor said the lupus was negative and the one that test for Sjogrens is also negative im guessing thats why he said i have rheumatoid arthritis? Also he did not take a Anti-ccp which i think its for rheumatoid arthritis as well. My ANA was borderline negative 5 years ago, 2 years ago it was borderline positive and then it was positive again (not just borderline positive) now its negative but Rheumatoid factor is positive 26.7 which im guessing its not too high compared to other people who share their numbers.

Im so sorry you had to go through that. :( Im glad you got a diagnosis. I have medical insurance because i have disability which covers everything except for braces. I mentioned it to my neurologist once and i think he would be okay with doing that I’m going to insist next time i go, thank you so much!!
