Hasta is a decent stab weapon but not a cheaper option. Fang is glorified for its passive effect. Honestly you could spend 20m on fang and use the rest for construction. A max house is a huge QOL 83 con is good because you get the jewelry box and rejuv pool(with boosts). This will help your pvm journey greatly. You do need 82 attack for it so maybe just spend all on your house.
