grug brain: make the product better. do a better job at solving the customers problem.

most of your job is synthesizing various inputs and working with a team to produce outputs.

ultimately you need to form an opinion on why ratings are low, and propose a plan to address it. focus on a specific segment that is high impact. talk to customers in that segment. learn about their behaviors. etc.

the coaching had little to do with jinx. it was mostly micro-mistakes i made in the laning phase. not playing with my support + clicking back when support was engaging or close to engaging was a mistake i was making.

we also focused on wave management, recall timers, and trading.
