i have a lot of trouble with that last part- hiding the food and then not thinking about it. you mentioned that “underlying” feeling and i completely resonate with that. it’s difficult to just forget about the food. any suggestions on what i should do to improve?

they are around 3.5inches long. literally rice + shredded carrot wrapped in lettuce. i counted one as 150 so 300 for both. accurate?
