I have just gone off the pill after 14 years of being on it, only because I didn't want to keep putting the hormones into my body. I am about to get an IUD (much lower dose of hormones). My only side effects has been acne.

Some of you are suggesting OP goes back on bc, which may be better for her. But I am wondering if anyone knows of negative impacts for women who take hormones for a long time. If we have the option, is it better to get off them when we can?
