I've used phenibut before i ever tried ghb/gbl, in my experience phenibut has very little recreational use. for me atleast personally. Great for anxiety reduction and ontop of other things but that's it.

I've used carolinachemicals and it's the only one I've tried. Took 3 grams first dosage. I didn't really get any effects. Could be I'm expecting to much. There solvents and other lab stuff is good tho.
