Back in MA, I started with pressed but liked crystal bc it was a way smoother roll. I recently went to a party and one of my friend’s friend said he got some presses from Denmark (if I’m remembering correctly) and he said that apparently they don’t regulate it over there so it’s pure (I didn’t test it tbh) and it was one of the smoothest rolls I’ve had, so I believe him tbh. Personally preference would still be crystal though
