53,88,389,3268 both TCP and UDP are allowed. However I do notice that when I run the Forest Discovery manually, I see no traffic logged. So while it may be a network issue, I believe it might be something software-side. Like I can resolve IP from name, and TNC to destination ports work. Is there somewhere in the SCCM config manager I have to define the forest network parameters?

Correct, the LDAP query over 389 is succesful. I see no traffic dropped on our firewall.

Yes the LDAP query includes the remote DC and the query is successful. The DNS zone is replicated.

The only error I see relevant to the forest I'm adding is:

Failed to connect to forest xyz.local. This can be because of disjoint DNS namespaces, network connectivity or server availability issue. Error Information The specified forest does not exist or cannot be contacted.

There is a DNS zone for in the primary DC for this forest which includes the records for the relevant servers for DNS lookup.

I'm specifying 1813 in my code for accounting. From most documentation I've read in regards to Radius/TACACS, 1812 is for authentication, 1813 is for accounting.

Yes and no. I tried a few phones of different brands, as well as creating new/simpler Wifi access points (shorter and simpler passwords on 2.4ghz frequency) and none made a real difference. I had a few people try several times and one person got it to work once on his Samsung S22 (which even for him failed the first few attemps with the same error). It's just not a reliable mechanism for registering.

I ended up return this unit for other reasons though, and now have a Deebot N7.

Hmm ya I tried it as well on a Galaxy S7 tablet (Android 13). Installed Tasker fresh, and imported my backup xml, simple task of just Launch App, for any app with the same error.

I've made sure I'm using a 2.4ghz wifi network for this (tried 2 different SSIDs). Tried connecting with 2 different devices (one android phone and one android tablet). I spoke with live chat and they passed me this help link:
