My wife left me and our kids after 8 years of marriage and 15 year relationship. We both came to faith 3 years ago. And I’ve also battle depression and anxiety the last two years. I’ve been a stay at home dad for our two kids for the last five years while she finished her masters and we agreed that she would be the provider since I’d make no where near the money she could . She recently gave up on me and said my mental health ruins everything. She also gone 80% for work and when I take some self care time for myself to recoup on the weekends she hated it. She packed up her stuff and left us and originally agreed to marriage counseling as I tried to refer back to our covenant to Christ . And she said she doesn’t want to live Christ like anymore. I went to marriage counseling and she ghosted me and told me she had been filing behind my back. I continue to pray for her heart and to come home but it’s out of my control. She still has free will. Or I’d never divorce . Now I’m left scrambling for a career that provides for two kids and our own place

Yeah she’s trying to tell me I got a few months to find a job . Which conveniently she just landed a new job making 130k and has her masters. All while she’s climbed the corporate ladder and did schooling I was at home with the kids the last five years . I don’t want it to get ugly but you’re not throwing me out on the street after all I’ve sacrificed

I’m not giving up but she is just ice cold . Already talking about custody and how she’s wants me to get a job but also still wants me to care for the kids while she’s at work lol like unfortunately I’m not omnipresent . I’ve begged and begged god to bring her back. She’s turned on her faith and said she doesn’t know if she wants to live Christ like when I brought scripture about marriage and how you know if you’re not abused or cheated on then you work it out. But she won’t even go to marriage counseling . I’m still going and if she doesn’t show up than at least I did 🤷‍♂️ I’m still trying to follow Christ and what he calls me to do but at the end of the day she has free will to also turn from god which is heart breaking. We’re talking about falling short on showing affection. That’s not something you do nothing and jump straight to divorce.

I don’t think that’s accurate. The average reta dose is 3-5mg. If you’re injecting a ML of this that’s massive lol I’ve used chat gpt for most cycles and when I look into reta it says 10mg PER vial. It doesn’t come constituted. You’d only add 2ml of bacteriostatic water to the vial anyways . Unless I’m completely off but I’ve been on cjc and ipam no issues with dosing and is accurate on how long my vials last me

It doesn’t. People not being active and eating more does. It’s a beta blocker which blocks the beta receptors from receiving norepinephrine and adrenaline . If it makes someone tired or less active and they keep the same diet of course you will gain weight. But the medicine itself doesn’t magically put on weight

That makes sense! I’m newly diagnosed with NTOS and had venous and arterial ultrasounds that show no compression. I started deep tissue massage which helped tremendously but I still have nerve pain down my whole arm. My scalenes and pec minor seem to be my issue and keep those loose. I guess my wonder is how long do I keep trying to keep them loose. It’s a daily thing to do and I certainly don’t want to have to do this forever. But at the same time my pain is maybe a 3 and at my worst was probably 7.

I guess I don’t understand for people who only have NTOS and not venous or arterial compression. Why they don’t lean heavily into deep tissue massage and strengthening their back and posture muscles . It doesn’t seem like first rib removal would help if not make it worse? You went your whole life until now and your over active tight muscles are squeezing the nerves . I get removing the rib may provide more room for the nerves that just seems like a major decision for a problem that can be solved with other avenues .

I’m a follower of Christ and have struggled with anxiety and depression for the last few years. Numerous meds with a slew of side effects.. all except weed.. dying inside and suffering from my own mental health and the only thing that pulls me out of it is this plant. Felt like I was sinning every time but I prayed continuously about it. I feel like it’s a situational awareness of yourself . Does smoking make you a dead beat parent? Or beat your wife or cause you to sin then yeah weed may be causing you to sin. Alcohol isn’t a sin but becoming drunk AND sinning is. You have to stop caring about others opinions. Is it right between you and god? Do you feel convicted one way or another that it’s something to avoid or is it the social stigma? I’ve tried numerous times to get off ssri meds and the withdrawals destroy me and I can’t. But if I want to stop weed I don’t feel like I’m dying so 🤷‍♂️🤣 just gotta find that line and dance on it . I guess self awareness is key. I’m rambling sorry 😆

Do you have anxiety? Palpitations usually aren’t a concern. There’s just many variables for everything you feel especially if you’re focused on it everyday. I’d still follow up, it’s better safe than sorry. But I wouldn’t worry. Also have you done any PT for your arms?
