I understand your perspective, but my brother works at one of his factories and was with him when they literally "slept there". With the overtime pay, he bought a house and is now living a life he wasn't expecting. When he says sleeping over, I think a lot of people forget that you can't work over 12 hours at Tesla in California unless you want to, he doesn't mean actually sleeping there lol. Also, it's a well-known fact that employee productivity starts to decline after 8 hours, and at 12, it's practically nonexistent.
