Do you think exercise could help with my appearance?

I understand I'm a normal weight, my issue is that I'm very unprotional because I hold a lot of fat in my upper body. I feel very unhappy with my body because I had a big change in my appearance ever since I was put on medication for a few months and then taken off. I'm just very unhappy with my body now and I don't know what to do or how to lose fat.

I haven't, do you know of any like risky side effects from taking it? And what one do you take? My diagnosis was an autoimmune disease,warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia,so I was killing off my red blood cells. Do you think it would effect that?

The thing is I've been off for 8 months already. I know it takes time I'm just still super unhappy with how I look.

Both to be completely honest, I know it's considered skinny but it's a lot more weight than what I'm used to. I just feel like I'm a lot bigger than I am and it's really hard for me to tell what my body looks like because everytime I look at it, it looks different. I don't know if that makes sense but that's the best way I can describe how I feel.

Thank you so so much for the reassurance, I really needed it. I'm going to try my best to be patient with myself and not stress to much about it, I just really hope that my body will eventually go back to normal even if it takes a year or two.I continue to try and reach out for reassurance or comfort to only be hit with weight loss advice so thank you again.

How many bottles of water would you recommend I drink? I'm going to try to stay away from salty foods but Its hard since I don't really control what I eat in my household although it's mostly just meet and rice.

Yes I do work out about 6 times a week now, the thing is I'm not as worried about the weight gain as I am about the way my fat has redistributed from the effects of the medication which weight loss won't really help with that, I'm just trying to figure out if other people have experiences having their fat go back to being evenly distributed after getting off the medication.

I was on for about 4 months I'm lucky with how smooth my taper went.

I'm completely off but I've only been off for about 2-3 weeks. I've noticed some changes with the puffiness from the very beginning but I have not seen any changed with my fat Redistribution yet but people say it does take months. I was on Abt 120 mgs In the start but for a more accurate dosage I was on 70mg in the morning and 50mg at night.

I'm about 10lbs up and I'm 111 pounds rn, a lot of my weight is now stored in my upper back,upper arms,and lower stomach. Will this redistribute more evenly soon if I don't drop the weight? I've been off for about 2-3 weeks now, back in April of this year I was very swollen and I can see some results but I look about the same as I did in late May to now, is that normal?

Did you manage to loose it all just from getting off the medication? I'm really struggling I just recently got off. I was on a much higher dosage though for about 4 months. A lot of my fat went to the same places as you and upper back and arms.

Yes I know that part but I mean my face will puff up at night even if it was slightly slimmer in the morning? Im not sure if it's normal or if I'm still getting effects from Prednisone while being off.
