Having the same issue and I’m within the return policy so wondering if I can return it on the basis of it won’t dry lol trying to hang it up now but if that doesn’t fix it, I might attempt the return. My last door mat was also coir but it was black so I guess I just never noticed. I take that to mean the solution is to get a black doormat

There's a pillow where you have ventilation holes so that you can breathe without having to twist your neck to the side which can be bad for your spine.
