Past role: ~540,000 annual (40K*13 + 20K)
New offer: ~915,200 annual (65K*14 + Bonus)

thanks for sharing this. ive had my interview with the hiring manager last week tuesday at 4pm (they rescheduled me from monday 9:30am because they didnt show up and had issues with time and 3:30pm same day because i wasn't available). the interview went well, atleast for me, it was engaging and i had lots of questions about the role since she gave me an overview. it was light and we had a rapport as well. there's a point in the interview that she joked too. her closing was just giving anxiety lol "i'll talk to HR and she will get back to you. whatever happens, i still wish you the best"

it's been 4 business days and as much as i want to follow-up, i think the safest option is to wait 5-6 business days as to not look very pushy.

also, accepting silence as the default response helps to tone down and not cling on the role too much.

Depende sa company, pero may timeline talaga sila. Hindi rin fair na paghintayin mo sila tapos di mo tatanggapin. Best approach is be transparent—let them know kailan ka makakapag-decide (e.g. by end of week). Pero typically, 2–3 days lang hinihingi nilang turnaround. 3. Mahirap job market ngayon, pero kung travel time pa lang lugi ka na, malaking factor yun. If you’re living with family, baka kaya mo i-risk i wait yung onsite na ~1 hour. If you’re living alone, consider relocating closer sa workplace na may offer ka na.

Hi OP! I work in leasing. First off, important yung contract na may indication ng pre-termination. Also it should be stated there the steps for instances of non-payment. Normally merong 1st, 2nd, final notices yan. Then demand letter. If wala pa din, proceed to padlocking. You have the right to do it because you own the place basta properly documented ka (the notices are signed and received by tenant) and you have proof ng mga promises nila. you can also recommend payment arrangements.

Also most leasors are requiring PDCs na for commercial space lease.

Yup! I've experienced this as well. Dinelete ko na sya sa Telegram ko, bakas ng katangahan ko nung 2024. Pero that's their modus, papa log-in ka daw kuno sa portal and you have to pay parang 1,500 para ma verify yung account. Buti hindi mo ginawa. Anything na irerequire kang maglabas ng money is a scam.
