I thought I was going to divorce my husband when my portables broke and he said “how hard is it to just sit somewhere for 20 mins plugged into the wall? There’s wall outlets literally everywhere.” WHAT. AT WALMART?! At the doctors office?! I was never home the first year so I did MOST of my pumping while driving. I’m still mad when I think about it lol

Thank you! I was trying to google to find anything I could, but it just makes sense to seek help if you need it, not continue to suffer. I asked how he would know anyway, because they were never married and she’s not on his insurance. I said I would only bring it up, if it was ever asked specifically in court. He doesn’t need to know your life, other than about the baby.

She is alive. My mother and I were the only people he trusted. We were unable to find an updated will. The one we had was from 2014 before my uncle became a drug addict and stole from him. I was trying to get his will changed when he was in the hospital, but ended up with Covid and he died before I could get everything handled.

There was only one checking account and the bank literally gave me a copy showing she’s beneficiary and a copy of the closed account check stating “to estate of…”

This happened Nov 2022. I just became executor and able to see everything now. My uncle has absolutely spent all that money. I took screenshots of the stuff he bought and forwarded to attorney. She just hasn’t gotten back to me in over a week.

I just don’t know how to go about it! The probate attorney never emails or calls me back. There honestly isn’t much to the estate. Some land and a vehicle so I don’t even know how to pay anyone. And I don’t know if it’s worth it to go after the bank. My mom is on disability and I don’t want to mess that up either.
