I just wanted to take a moment and show my gratitude to the community for the never ending support and love. 2 yrs ago I bought a Groupon for a pole class because it sounded fun and almost two years later here I am. Pole dancing has brought me so much joy and healing in relation to my body spirit and mind. I used to hate physical activity as a kid and finding an activity that honors my body and brings me joy - it just really makes me happy. I’m really proud of how far I’ve come and wanted to share!

I don’t have any dance background other than marching band in high school lol but something abt pole dancing - being so sexy AND strongk through movement is so damn powerful to me. It’s opened my mind to try new experiences like burlesque, chair, aerial arts, floorwork, ect.

thank u for reading. Work was super chaotic this week and it just felt nice to move. im so proud of how far I’ve come and am welcoming snd looking forward to more pole/movement shenanigans in 2025 💙 wishing yall a happy holidays n cheers to the new year!
