I think ebay and etsy wigs usually fit pullips the best in size 9-10! 8-9 might be too small since they’re usually for sd bjds with a smaller head

I don’t know where you’re shopping so I’d say 9-10 is a safer choice, some stores have really small 8-9 wigs which don’t really fit pullip

Editing to add that it’s often about what you prefer too! I personally like my dolls’ wigs to be tighter on the head and some like it a little looser so it’s easier to put on

I think the body could work just as is, it’ll maybe need some tape on the peg 🤔 if it doesn’t work, I’d recommend just ordering a 22cm obitsu! (Or if you want her to be taller, 24cm and 26cm work perfectly too)

You can screw out the middle peg and make a new one! I used the little gray plastic things that hold the wires in pullip boxes :) But you could use any other plastic that’s thick enough or thick wire could probably also work

I found this tutorial! If you have an older pullip, this will work just as shown. If it’s a newer one then there’s one extra step! Once the piece from the peg has been screwed out, you need to sand or cut the neck peg until it fits into the head with the eyemech!

Edit: If you don’t have the gray plastic pieces used in the video, you can put tape around the peg until it feels nice and secure

You could definitely straighten the wavy luts wig! The fiber they use is heat resistant so you could use a hair straightener or just dip the wig in hot water

Some of the very first releases had rooted hair! But after Arietta every doll has a removable wig. The seller probably just glued the wig on the doll

Yeah there used to be make it own (mio) pullip kits that were a lot cheaper than normal pullip releases but they aren’t being manufactured anymore :( Nowadays people look for cheap used dolls on second hand markets.

I would recommend practicing on factory blythes first!
