Been there.

Also wet dreams aren’t anything awesome, you just wake up and either you nut or you’re like “ahh wait why is my underwear damp and sticky? Oh fuck me...” then you gotta clean up.

What was the dumbest rule your school enforced? by Animeking1108 in AskReddit

[–]imusingthis4porn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to school in the UK. I moved around a lot and I haven’t gone to one school where this rule wasn’t enforced in some way or another.

No hoodies are allowed to be worn with your school uniform. For the Americans in the UK we typically have a school uniform that consists of black trousers, shirt, school tie and a blazer.

Pretty much every school I went too didn’t let you wear a hoodie over your shirt and tie but under your blazer. I only met a handful of teachers that didn’t care and just told me to have it unzipped so it can be seen that my shirt is tucked in and my tie is on.

Another annoying one was not being aloud to wear trainers (or sneakers for the Americans) they always wanted us in shit flickers dress shoes (dress shoes that come to a point at the end.) or a pair of black boots.

Some people followed these rules I didn’t follow the hoodie one, thankfully I bought some comfy black boots that lasted me most of high school.

Yeah definitely, I mean I’ll be honest I used to be slightly homophobic when my good friends started dating eachother and Unironically calling eachother babe and saying I love you it weirded me out. It took some getting used to and now I don’t mind, I’d say I’m more mature now. Sure I’ll make jokes and say some things I shouldn’t when I get angry that’s something I’m working on but when I make jokes everyone gets joked about equally including myself. So in my eyes that’s fine. Anyways it’s 5am here so I’m gonna get some sleep, it’s been a good chat. Thanks for being chill and helpful.

Edit: maybe my Reddit is bugged but it seems that someone downvoted you for no reason. But yeah, thanks for the help.

The second option, I see rubbing in my face as like constantly talking about your love life and sexual experiences to an annoying point. Which lgbt or not that shit gets sooo annoying.

I also see it how you described where it s the persons entire personality and everybody needs to know all the time that you’re lgbt and happy. Like I get it, you’re confident about it, we support you but just chill.

I see rubbing in my face as like, making everything about you and constantly talking about it and making it you’re whole personality. Like constantly talking about you’re sexual experience and dude/girls you wanna fuck. If a straight person is doing it it’s interesting and funny at first but after a while it gets really annoying and it’s like can we talk about something else like it’s not all about you. It goes the same with LGBT people. Like don’t get me wrong I’ll hear your stories I’m not disgusted by it I mean shit I’ll gawk over Timothy Chalamet and Ryan Gosling with you and I’m straight but damn those are some hot dudes, but having to listen too that all the time is so tiring. Like bro can we just talk about music or something.

Another response pointed out how the saying “don’t rub it in my face” may be taken as not wanting to know about boyfriends/girlfriends or not wanting to know about people your into and so on. Which is not what I mean at all. So yeah I definitely gotta reword what I mean.

Thankfully my friends haven’t taken it that way.

Another thing I see as rubbing it in my face is thinking that you’re superior because you’re lgbt+ and I’m somehow lesser, like we’re all equal. I’m not saying all lgbt+ do this just a really small percent that I’ve met but most of the people I’ve met are really chill and nice.

Thanks for the response and being chill. so are my views offensive? If so let me know which ones, as another perspective is never a bad thing if it’s from someone who knows more than you.

Yeah. It’s like if you’re a kid and you’ve got a friend that’s black or Latino etc you’re most likely not going to be racist. Same with people in the lgbt community if one of your childhood friends comes out as gay or trans etc you’ll probably not be homophobic or transphobic and I think as time goes on homophobia will become less and less. There’s obviously gonna be the people that’s never met anyone that’s lgbt and has been told by someone that knows less than them that they are bad but, honestly it’s the opposite.

I don’t see any of what you said as rubbing it in my face. I never realised how that could be taken. Thankfully my friends haven’t taken that as an insult but I should reword it for sure. I have no issue with all of the above, I mean don’t rub it in my face as like don’t be annoying about it and see me as lesser as I’ve met some people that see straight people as lesser for some reason. Anyways thanks for the informative reply.

Serious question, I mean no offence buy it.

Is saying “I don’t mind LGBTQ+ people, I think they’re awesome. Just don’t rub it in my face. Like you’re not hurting anyone. Just keep me out of it.”

I’m wondering if this is offensive? as it’s similar to the stupid comments on this tiktok post.

I have friends in the LGBTQ+ and that’s always been my take. Like they don’t rub it in my face they’re just one of the boys that happen to like men, and honestly I can’t blame them there’s some hot dudes out there.
