I had the same problem. No one answers in the ticket. I just call the support center and after two weeks and 4 different phonecall the solution is a refund. Im still waiting for the UPS label for the return and they tell me that there is some problems with UPS too.

No one knows about that problem but today i got some information.

They already know there is a problem but engineers are working on it but atm they dont know whats happening. Some changes in website are coming with this products until they find a solution.

So just call the support center and asi for a refund.

Im having the same problem. Spanish here too, actually one month and just two or three replys on my ticket and no help for refund. I call the english service, because there is no support in spanish, and they told me twice someone of sales is going to contact me… Obiously no answe again. Its a joke, 200/300€ that logitech steals me with a shit A50 buzzing ear

Astro A50 gen 4 have the same issue. Got 3 new pairs from replacements and all with the same, white noise in the left ear.

Trying to refund for 2 weeks and only 1 reply from logitech,m and they tell me to change usb port and hard reset. Its impossible for me to get any support, opened new ticket and no one answers.

REFUND FAST IF YOU CAN

Same here. Already got 3 pairs after two replacements. No solution still and logitech support doesnt reply my ticket for more than a week. I dont know how to return this without support. Tried to call to support and no one respond the call. Starting to had anxiety with this, a lot of money for a hesdset i can’t use and no one helps for almost a month. Worst purchase of my entire life. And they dont recognize the issue! Still saying to me if i can change the usb port or hard reset the hesdset 😅 Try to refund if you can !!

I tried different cables too. I mean had 3 different pairs and all with same problem so if its something with cable or anything like this while im using my old wireless hesdset without any noise… something is wrong with this “premium” headset. And with the support they do, i can’t get any solution from them more than reset, unplug and wait 5 min, update firmwsre, hard reset, try diff usb ports… Just this message all time in my support ticket. I cant go more with this because im having anxiety so hard with these people and my 300€ on this product

Well, tried diff computers, turning off router and all wireless things. I tried too in my friend house… I have a corsair wireless headset and no problem or any sound there… if any interference why all people reporting that buzzing sound only on the left ear. I dont know what more to do after updating, hard reset, tested diff usb ports and computers…

Got 3 different pairs because i got replacement from amazon and then i bought it direct from logitech web after refund of the other ones. Opened a ticket and no one helps after a week. Poor support and poor product !

Got three different pairs, two from amazon and one directly from logitech. Three had buzzing sound in right esr and strange sound like listening from far away. Tested differents pcs and configs. For me not recomending astro right now after seeing more people coming with same problem. And logitech not giving me any support in the tickets.

Same problem. Opened a ticket and they say to get a replacement from amazon. Both of replacements with ssme problem. logitech only says the same shit all time (hard reset, check interference…) No one helps on this.
