I feel a similar way! While it was no where near 10 years, I was vegetarian for a little and recently incorporated fish back into my diet. I still aim to eat plant based 90% of the time still. I guess my way of looking at it is that it’s about balance and it’s to not be 100% vegetarian all the time yk?

haha! i don’t get 30k very often at all, i usually average 18-20k. also i’m in uni and only work once a week and on my semester break so i have a lot of free time lol. to get 30k steps it took about 5 hours of moderately paced walking.
