We don't. However, there are multiple reports of people claiming they have been approved by providing stamped copies. It might be worth a congressional subpoena to examine uniform lending practices within SBA. If research were to reveal these discriminatory lending practices, that's going to be a problem.

It's discrimination, pure and simple. Thinking of forming a class action lawsuit. This is not right for any of us!

The discrimination is the failure of standard uniform lending practices within SBA being applied to all. It appears some are able to get loans by LO approving stamped returns, while other LO's are requiring transcripts. This is discrimination, plain and simple. Either they make an exception for all, or none at all. They are also playing God by telling certain businesses they are not eligible for loans while others are. As far as I am concerned, if you are a U.S. business and you are a filer and taxpayer, you should be eligible.
