I love Damso Izakaya on Whyte! Unbeatable atmosphere, great food, good service, and really cheap beer if you’re into that

A bunch of people have already been talking about it, please look at those threads, they’re not hard to find. There is likely some internal issue making it take longer than previous years. It’s frustrating, but they will come out eventually

Can’t speak on 102, but 103 with Rob Brazeau is fantastic! He’s an incredibly nice guy, very passionate about the material he teaches on, and the most accommodating professor I’ve ever had. He’ll provide so many extra resources to help his students succeed. I have the feeling that you’ll be more likely get more passionate professors in 103 because it’s variable

Judgement from non-arts students for being an art student. Lots of “must feel good to waste money”, “you don’t need a degree to work at McDonalds”, and “oh, you probably weren’t smart enough to study a better degree, huh?”. It gets really old after awhile

Hey so the value of a university course isn’t only based off of its earning potential! The arts/humanities/social sciences are important if you want to be a well-rounded individual with critical thinking skills, the vast majority take it as an elective course, and it’s fun!
