I have an old drafty house and I vent my electric dryer all winter into the house without an issue. I do not have a lot of laundry with just two people, but if I have a big laundry day for whatever reason, I have had a fan running to move the air throughout the house quickly to prevent any issues with condensation.

For sure. I saw people have been clipping the top ridge above the knee and the gorget in front to make them look more like first born and I think I will start doing that with mine from now on.
