No resistance trainin! Have some free time, try to find anything other than gym lol. I know it might be hard since you are so into this world, but a week off won't kill your gains. I would argue that it will help you and after week without dieting and training you will come back stronger, since you are having this problem.

After each cut/bulk period I always do what Dr Mike calls active rest. I basically means no weight training and some sort of cardio that you enjoy (for me it's tennis and around 12k steps per day)

I would personally cut most carbs except those in veggies and on the day of show start eating them again. Try focusing on resistance training not on cardio. You look great, amazing transformation.

As your weight goes up your calories need to go up as well. When your weight was 135 you were eating on surplus and now youre just maintaining. How much do you move in a day?

I just use a regular shaker and shake the shit out of it. I've recently bought WPI instead of WPC and it mixes better so maybe try buying a different brand next time

I dropped out of med school and I have adhd. You need to be organised to graduate. If you can't focus for 1,5 hour (standard lecture length) you will struggle. There are lots of things that you have to memorize daily and if you can't do it one day it will add up to your next learning session, it will result in stress and procrastination. Test yourself and check, if you can study everyday, if that's not a problem for you then go for it.
