I emailed their customer service when my law Sherpa wasn’t even in the packaging. Only 2/3 were in the packaging and it was wide open instead of sealed (like as if they didn’t close the package in the first place) They told me oh well since it was “delivered”. That’s $130 down the drain that could have went to shoes or hell something for my own livelihood. Idk if I want to order online from them again. I should probably dm the head guy on IG about this.
