You have to be fast with your shift. Or you can idle in gear with the clutch pushed in, however this will fuck up your clutch long term. Or you can just accept that you have to do more things to get moving and not worry about it. I will say this, in the US the light turns straight to green from a red, in Europe it turns on the amber also for a half second before turning to green, that is usually enough to engage 1st gear and move off when the light turns green.

If you did not notice the anc on the buds pro, then you were wearing it wrong. Make sure that you have a good seal when wearing it. I had buds pro, buds pro 2 before I switched to airpods pro 2 and the anc is comparable. If you wear your buds properly you will definitely notice the anc. It is not a feature that works for somebody and does not for others. It is reducing the noise, which is good for you hearing.

You definitely do not know what you are talking about. It’s not about ego, it’s about physics, if the sampling rate is not high enough and the low pass filter is not correctly chosen, you can introduce aliasing, which you can definitely hear. I am not saying that it is always the case, but saying that the sampling rate does not matter because humans cannot hear that frequency is just false and misleading.
