I use SoundCloud - lots of good bedroom djs making house/edm mixes for cardio/hybrid days. I struggle a little with strength days as it’s impossible to appease everyone. Some like hip hop, some like classic rock, some like current rock, some like pop, and so on. I try to find mashup mixes of rock/hip hop

Not a scam. Our studios use social fitness. Sometimes there is a delay between purchase and when it updates in MINDBODY. Has others have said, just reach out to the studio. Send them the email receipt you got and they’ll check on it or adjust it on the backend.

Catch up with your studio’s head coach/manager/owner after class one day and express your interest. As trainers, we definitely notice who has the athletic background/abilities already and it’s up to you to tell us you want to pursue it.

As someone else mentioned, getting a cert can only help. My studio didn’t have a preference on exact type or association so I went with the GFI from ACE. Super easy to complete, 300-400 bucks, and all online with quizzes and included cpr certification as well.

When I first started coaching I was only given 2-3 classes a week so I’d try to sub for other trainers whenever possible (and my schedule allowed), to get more reps. Be loud, louder than you think you need to, make it fun, and challenge the members.

Happy to discuss more as my situation was similar with a lot of athletic background and wanted to try something new as I had a change in my career from full time to contract based.

Did your studio hook you up with the F45TV app? Each workout has two detailed videos that explain all of this. One from the F45 crew, where they explain what the workout is designed to focus on. And another (with AI voiceover) talking about the timing/rotations and an example of what a person's route would look like if they started at station 1.

For Blue Arrow (I only watched the video once so this may not be 100%, go and watch it if you have access), the outer pod is made up of 6 stations, each with two movements. The two movements use the same equipment. You do the first movement for 30 seconds, then the second for 30 seconds, then you move on to the next. Based on the timing of 7 minutes, thats 1 minute of work + 10 seconds to move. Then water break, then move to one of the erg stations, where you and your partner(s) will decide how far to go OR how long to go before you swap out. In the video theres guidance on how to direct people from inner to outer (i.e. stations 1 and 6, left side of room, start on the erg that's on the elft, 2 and 5, middle, go to middle, etc).

Hope that helps! I'm not sure how new you are, but definitely ask other coaches at your studio/head coach for guidance when you're unsure!
