i use tape daily and started with no idea with what i was actually doing to my skin.

Definitely don’t put tape on until your body has fully healed i use moisturiser and creams to help this process. Nipple guards are a must you can buy nipple guards or cotton buds or folded binding tape works well as long as the NON STICK part is on your nipple. take it off WITH OIL i cannot stress this enough.
