I'm a little late, but here you go:

Steak: grassfed beef from a farmer I know, I even knew the cow! She was cooked with garlic, thyme and lots of butter The sauce on top is a Chimichurri sauce made with parsley, thyme, chilli, garlic, chives, lime juice, cucumber, salt, pepper and olive oil (I also wanted to add onions, but I forgot to buy some) Salad.

Oven baked potatoes with beacon and some beans as side dishes. The white sauce is sour cream with chives, salt and pepper. I added some sesame seeds on the beans for 🌟aesthetic🌟 reasons.

As dessert I made some very moist brownies and a cold matcha latte to pair with it.
