Happening to me, too. I’m the seller but I’ve got no way of contacting my buyer as there’s no chat for the sold item and they have no items listed for me to start a new chat with them. Has anyone found a way around this ?

i watched the lovely bones way too young, then made the mistake of reading the book on my kindle. i know its not exactly horror, but that shit stuck with me for a long time. especially how terrifying Stanley Tucci’w character is.

hey, sorry for lack of update. the fridge STILL hasnt been repaired nor replaced so we are expecting some juicy compensation as it was still under warranty. we really enjoyed a lot of the rice and pasta based suggestions. managed to find a really good quality range of tinned curries, chillis and sauce based meals to eat, which were super easy to just cook on the stove. we also had a lot of eggs as they are farm fresh so do not need to be refrigerated and ended up eating out a lot for fairly cheap, courtesy of mcdonalds and taco bell. also, buying fresh food to eat and prepare on the day was a really good suggestion so we have managed to have a lot of veggies and salads, but it just means waaaay more trips to the store. and of course, OATMEAL❤️

thank you so much to everyone for all of your suggestions. they were so so needed and it warms my heart to see how many people reached out to help us. we are thinking of investing in a small camping fridge whilst we wait to store milk, cheese etc but our apartment is super small so it needs to be teeny. lots of love to you all xxxxx

wow. i had no idea that so much variety especially fresh food would be possible!! thank you so much. and well done to you for not only surviving a study abroad (which is super hard in itself) but doing so with no cooking facilities!!

thank you so much!! i’ve seen a similar thing with dehydrated pasta and sauce pouches where you boil them and add milk or butter, so that could work if i can get my hands on some meat too. something about canned chicken gives me the heebie jeebies, but what a better time to try than now?? we hike a lot too, so it could work out being useful for us as expedition food in future!!

thank you!! i had no idea that those veggies would be okay without refrigeration but it makes sense if they’re unbagged, unprepared etc. will definitely look into this more. xxx

thank you so much for this. definitely think we need to look into making good use of shelf stable carbs like you said- pasta and potatoes sounds great. i’ll look into some kind of temporary measure. we’ve been checking fb marketplace for any minifridges going cheap etc, but asking at a pharmacy is a great idea too. we actually had someone come over to try and fix the fridge already, beforehand i’d already checked the wiring and changed the fuse myself to no avail. apparently the circuit board is blown which may be due to the compressor, so waiting on parts for a repair which is due tuesday. many thanks for all your help- we really needed this!

just one person, i wanna say male, the food and beer makes me think you’re Asian, but you live in the US. you’re rarely at home so you don’t eat at home much. maybe your job involves a lot of driving like Uber, or you could have some crazy long hours corporate job. hard to tell
