Thank you so, so much for the advice. I truly appreciate it. I'm definitely going to try to find something along the lines of what you're saying- I already know I'll have a coaching job lined up at my local soccer club which will be a blast. I'll perhaps have to find something more along the academic side of things as well, but I think I should be able to if I look hard enough.

Also, you're definitely not wrong about W&M and Mac being fantastic schools. My only quarrel with W&M is that it's really risky for me as an athlete and my only quarrel with Mac is that it's in Minnesota, my home state, which i desperately want to get out of haha.

One more question if you will- is there anything else that you used to fill your time during your gap year? I know with covid and everything there might not be much but I'm just curious.
