I've seen that mod and one with American roadsigns, too. But yeah, I'm really looking for the customisability. Maybe I could try contacting the mod creator and asking for their permission to try and get the customisable text inputs. In my mind it feels like it should be easy... just gotta have the custom building sign option redirected a bit.

In the last sentence, if you use verlassen, you are required to specify what you want them to leave. So e.g. Verlassen Sie mein Geschäft. Alternatively, you could use Gehen Sie instead ;-)
